The State of Florida Statutes, concerning Condominium Associations, require that certain financial and foundational condominium documents be kept in a section of this website, that is open to the public. 

This page links to the most up-to-date versions of these required ducments (See links below).  Please note that some of our financial documents can be also accessed through the Residents' Only portal of this website.  This duplication is intended to aid our Owners when they are searching for relavent financial information on the Association.

Finally, note that at least two of the State required documents (active bids and project negotiations) are not in this website, but are preserved in the Association office as paper files.  This is to protect our contractors and the contracting process.  These documents are available to owners and State officials,, upon request.
